Reporting to the CEO, Seaworks’ new Commercial Manager may be an experienced Project Manager or Contract Manager looking to step up toward a Senior Management role or an experienced Commercial Manager interested in working on exciting and dynamic projects across the marine industry. We are looking for you to manage the commercial and contractual activities across Seaworks’ vessel fleet and general project operations. The role and level of responsibility of the position are flexible and will be developed to suit the background and experience of the successful applicant. Ideally you will have experience working for a contracting-type company and a 10+ year track record of delivering projects, negotiating contracts and agreements, and managing general business functions.
As well as having a strong affinity for the marine and ocean environment, the successful applicant will have excellent business skills with a demonstrated understanding of contract management and contracting principles. Your other key attributes and skills will include:
Seaworks provides comprehensive marine services and general offshore vessel operations including: remote operated vehicle (ROV) services, diving support services, hydrographic survey operations, and other marine consulting services. We work with clients involved in the marine sector across a wide range of industries, including submarine cables, aquaculture, offshore energy, hydrographic survey, conservation, environmental survey, film and salvage sectors.
